The usual procedure for Flood Damage calls are as follows:
Our Carpet Experts will come to your home and:
1. remove your damaged carpet and padding,
2. sanitize your floor to help remove any mold build-up,
3. show you carpet or floor samples,
4. give you an estimate and
5. haul away your damaged carpet and pad.

After your floor has been sanitized, it needs about 24hrs to air out.
In rare situations, where we are unable to haul away damaged carpet and padding immediately, It will be removed within 24 hrs.
